Connect are delighted to introduce the latest addition to our online shop: Dekko Comics – a series of comics designed to teach children Maths, English and other curriculum subjects through fun characters and stories.
Rossie Stone founded Dekko Comics to share a technique that helped him to achieve excellent marks in his exams after previously struggling: learning through cartoons.
Dekko Comics are ideal for visual learners, young people who are dyslexic or those who prefer to learn in different ways. The comics are based on curriculum information and are recommended for pupils aged between 8 and 14 to assist them in developing their knowledge.
There are also a variety of posters available to help students learn skills such as using the 24 hour clock, visual thinking and spelling.
